I loved the Farm Chicks Show in Spokane, WA so much last year that I knew it was an event that I would be attending year after year. The annual vintage/antique home decor show happens the first weekend in June every year.

So Jacob and I made the trek across the state last weekend and not only did I shop again this year, but I also got to help out my friend, Courtni, at her booth and see behind the scenes before the show even started!farm chick badge I arrived mid-day Friday and helped Courtni with the set up of her booth and got to see all of the other curators setting up their fabulous booths as well. It was so much fun getting to walk around and see all of the creativity and hard work that went into the set up of each booth. It was also a great opportunity to take lots of pictures before the Saturday crowds arrived and to do a little early-bird shopping.

I took tons of pictures so you can see how cool the displays are and the vast array of vintage items that are for sale. So without further adieu, here are pictures of the booths and merchandise that caught my eye.vitnage vignette(One of the items I bought was that cute blue and cream striped table runner that’s sitting on the black dresser in the photo above.)uber chic benchesswiss cross pillowsmoosevintage chairmetal lettersmarket bikepaintingbook artgalvanized bucketsvintage word cardswhite disheswood signswhite dishes in black cabinetchicken feeder with succulentsfaded charm boothAnd here are some pictures of Courtni’s booth, Reinspired Salvage and Design.wheel as card holdergame pieces in jarsvintge hutchSome of these pics were taken while we were still working on set-up, so ignore things like the white metal step ladder in the picture below :)courtni's boothcourtni's booth2We bought some cute (and delicious) cupcakes while we were there and used them as cute props for a few pictures at Courtni’s booth.cupcakescucpcake in clocheTo say I had fun would be an understatement. It was awesome!

And now I’m seriously considering becoming a curator myself and having my own booth…

I’ll be back later in the week to show you some of the other items I brought home.
